With bibs around our necks and a pile of paper towels in front of us, we finished off the crab legs.

This night was reserved for celebration…of good report cards and work well done. Remarkably, my children often request a trip to Joe’s Crab Shack to celebrate their academic wins and progress.

What is the last accomplishment or milestone you celebrated?

Typically, we celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and the like. To be sure, this is good.

Too easily, however, we may find ourselves in a rut of routine and forget to celebrate small victories. Don’t delay! When you experience a win, celebrate soon. Look for ways to celebrate your co-workers, family members, and others.

You might even think of a nap as a reward/celebration for completing a daily project! Naturally, you don’t want to use ice cream or other sweets as your charm every time, so be creative in using healthy options.

But in the month of January or even this week, what can you find to celebrate? Who could you celebrate?

Don’t delay!
