Impossible made possible.

Quietly reflecting on these three words in the dark of the early morning, I applied them to a particular issue. These three words are one of my intentional messages for 2015. As I meditated, I realized that I have something that seems impossible that I would like to make possible. And, it is a thing.

But the key to making this impossible possible actually has more to do with changes that I need to make to me.

Habits, routines, expectations…these changes are difficult to make. But, I know that it can be done because it has been done before.

I suspect that you can identify with me.

So, along the path of adopting better habits, routines, expectations, and more, may I suggest something?

Be gracious with yourself. Celebrate progress, focus on areas for improvement, but go light on the guilt.

Worth Repeating

Celebrate what you want to see more of.
