Great, Unrealistic, and On Target
They work both ways. For good and…not so good.

Often, we may find that our most devastating disappointment sand frustrations were built upon unrealistic expectations. For instance, you would be unrealistic to expect that:
• This job will be easy
• Money will come freely
• No one will ever let me down or disagree with me
• Everyone will do what they are supposed to do

On the other hand, great expectations can set a pace and tone for success. If you don’t ever set goals that stretch you, your chances of extraordinary achievement is unlikely. However, great expectations are best set within realistic rhythms and habits. Most extraordinary accomplishments happen a little bit at a time. Such as:
• If I save a little bit every day or week or month, I can reach my savings goal.
• If I consistently exercise some every day, I will reach my fitness goals.
• If I put myself in a position to receive spiritual peace daily, I will experience a new level of wholeness.
• If I create enough and ask enough, I can become successful with this project.

What are your expectations? Where are they unrealistic? Where do you need to build great expectations based on the consistency of hard work and focused effort?

I hope this helps you get on target.
