Remember Why You’re Going

Hurting, frustrated, unsatisfied. Fear, anger, desire.

These are some of the reasons we set out from here to get to there. With your health, your work, your relationships, or even with your spirituality, finances, or sense of adventure, you may sense that it is time to move or improve.

Motivation comes easily when we set out towards our goal. But along the way, we become distracted, disillusioned, or discombobulated. It happens to everyone.

So, on the journey from here to there, remember why you’re going.

Why did you set out? What fire was burning in your belly? What resistance are you encountering? And how will you summon your inner sense of grit and resilience to push through?

Today, right now. Where is your there? Get reacquainted with your vision. Connect or establish a band of allies to help. And take another step in the direction of progress, improvement, and your best!

You can do it!
