What are you becoming?
We become what we think about.
Think of it this way. In the short term, when you think and seethe about someone who did you wrong, you typically become angry. When you think about the things you are appreciative for, you become grateful.
Over time, your thinking habits produce results, good and bad. These become traits.
And so, we become what we think about.
Of course, it is necessary to think about problems in order to manage or solve them. And it is also best to fill our minds intentionally with healthy thoughts to bring out our best selves.
What are you thinking about?
Worth Repeating
Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.
