Thanksgiving
A version of this exercise is featured in a movie just released this year. I won’t mention the name of the movie lest I give it away.
Take one minute. 60 seconds.
Close your eyes.
Think of those who have helped you become who you are today. Some of them may be here right now. Some may be far away. Some may even be in heaven. But wherever they are, if they’ve loved you, and encouraged you, and wanted what was best in life for you, they’re right inside your self.
60 seconds. Set your phone timer, close your eyes, and bring them up in your mind.
Whomever you’ve been thinking about, imagine how grateful they must be, that during your silent times, you remember how important they are to you.
Worth Repeating
Gratitude is the sign of noble souls.
