What are you looking for?
Have you noticed that most people find what they’re looking for?
If you look for problems, you’ll find problems. If you look for solutions, you’ll find solutions. If you assume most people are bad, that’s how you’ll view people. If you assume most people are good, you’ll see their better attributes.
Is everything and everybody without flaws? Of course not. But, if you find yourself in a downward spiral of negativity and harsh judgement, it might be time for a change.
Good news! This change is entirely your choice and within your ability to adjust. Easy? Probably not. Worth it? Yes. As it turns out we are not hard wired, we are soft wired. Change happens one small step at a time.
So, what are you looking for?
Be the good. Find the good.
Worth Repeating
Do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.
