Take courage.

Take action.

Take charge.

If you are stuck, 2 minutes of activity could get you out of the rut. Avoiding the project, the call, the question, the meeting, the conversation…procrastination rarely helps. It usually results in unnecessary stress, anxiety, guilt and worry.

I know because I am sometimes prone to procrastinate.

But the solution almost every time requires action. Perhaps the action generates the courage, or maybe it takes just an ounce of courage to take action. But, I almost always find that it wasn’t as bad as I feared.

What keeps getting bumped to the bottom of your list?
