What difference does a word make? Sometimes it can make all the difference.
Consider the word radiate. In terms of an individual, you might say that a person radiates inner peace. Or, he radiates joy and love. She radiates confidence and leadership.
In order to emit these qualities to those on the outside, they must be contained on the inside. What is a quality that is good for you and good for others? To nurture your personal growth will mean that at some point it overflows for good to those around you. Not merely hoarding or selfishly guarding, but freely giving and sharing.
Can you visualize yourself radiating love, joy, peace, freedom, or any other quality that is good for you and good for others?
