Resilient Life #4
When plans fail, you may find it formidable to start again. Whether the strategy did not work or you did not work the strategy, it takes courage to go again.
Good news, you have courage within you.
- Visualize your goal, your dream. See the details. Feel it.
- Work backwards to create a plan. Strategize the steps or phases between here and there.
- Make note of specific tasks and tactics that will be required.
And then, get started. Do the first thing. Creating positive inertia moves you toward your goal. You will sense resistance. So, push through for the first 20 minutes or whatever period of time is meaningful for you.
The past is the past. Today, you are planning again and making it happen. You’ve got this!
Worth Repeating
You know, sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage. Just literally twenty seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come of it.
